Before you request booking its important to know that we do not allow children with face painting in our equipment and soft play area, and cannot be rented if you will have water activities at your event (swimming, water slides, water guns, water balloons).
Can the playground be set up outdoors?
Yes! The rental area must be a flat, dry, and clean surface. No dirt or gravel. We require a canopy or shaded area for our outdoor set ups. We have a canopy for rent sized 10'x20' for $50. The equipment will get hot in direct sunlight, and the children's safety is important to us.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled outdoor party set up?
Due to the safety of the children and protection of our equipment WE WILL NOT set up outdoors if it rains. You have the option to move your set up indoors, or receive a partial refund for the remaining time.
What ages are appropriate for your play areas?
Our play areas are designed for crawlers and up to 6 years old.
The inflatable bounce house is for 3 to 10 years old.
Parent may enter the play area but should not sit on the play equipment.
How often is the equipment cleaned?
We disinfect and clean our equipment after every rental, and as necessary during the event.
What is your policy for damaged products?
To help keep our products in great shape and prices fair, we ask the following:
No children over the age of 6.
No shoes in the play area.
No glitter, slime, or face paint.
No food or drinks.
Please keep all balls inside the ball pit
Equipment must stay inside the play areas.
If there is any damaged or stolen equipment, there will be a charge at an appropriate amount for the cost of repair or replacement.
